Sunrun Sr. Sales Support Coordinator in Helena, Montana

Overview

The Sr. Sales Support Coordinator reports directly to the Sales Support Supervisor and is responsible for the daily management of Sale Support queues. They are responsible for managing Voice queues and reports, troubleshooting issues with sales reps, and helping move projects forward by resolving sales rep concerns and requests. In addition to the normal day to day responsibilities, this position will be required to identify opportunities for process and policy improvements. They will also be expected to develop and execute projects related to these opportunities.

The Sr. Sales Support Coordinator interacts regularly with many different stakeholders across many different teams. Common stakeholders that this position will work with include all Sales teams, Cx Pro, Bank Finance Support, Installation Review, and Pre SRA Sales Support. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and maximize efficiency of internal operations by performing the essential job duties and responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Key Performance Indicators outlined for voice agents

  • Support sales reps via phone communication

  • Review solar projects and determine what is needed to move things forward

  • Help sales reps troubleshoot issues and escalate any IT matters accordingly

  • Follow QA metrics and adhere to shift times

  • Cross collaborate with other internal teams to drive efficiency

  • Understand and use SSD resources to be self reliant

  • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills

  • Be present and ready to start work at the start of shift/schedule

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Sunrun Experience ( Sr. Level)

  • Be Solution Driven and punctual with time management and adherence

  • Strive for one call resolution

  • Capable of identifying process gaps and proposing solutions

  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and switch from task to task as priorities change in requirements

  • Understanding of G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)

  • Possess a positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

  • BrightPath Troubleshooting, SPLAT Troubleshooting, ability to work independently

  • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills

  • Must have reliable internet connection or in office is available

Physical Demands

  • Ability to perform normal office duties

  • Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work

  • Ability to interact and participate in meetings

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:

$20.36 to $27.15

Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards.
