JOB SUMMARY
The Supervisor, FP&A is responsible for managing aspects of financial planning and reporting for all revenue and cogs line items. Assist in facilitating the revenue and cogs budget and planning process for the Field and Support Operations. The assistant manager is also responsible for reporting of monthly and quarterly results. In addition, on a quarterly basis the assistant manger will oversee the compilation and analysis of profitability by customer and by product. The assistant manager will oversee one analyst.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with continued development of revenue and cogs Forecasting and Modeling tools.
Oversee the revenue and cogs budget and planning process for Field Operations and Support organizations and provide guidance and direction on budget preparation.
Prepare and oversee analyst for analysis and materials (documents, PowerPoint presentations) to support executive leadership revenue and cogs reviews including month end results vs. budget and forecast. This includes pulling together from other departments monthly reporting and analysis for executive management business reviews (“MBR”).
On a monthly basis work on reforecasting revenue and cogs line items with the field, sleep team and Medical, analytics.
Oversee quarterly product and by customer profitability reporting. This includes working with data analytics as well as accounting and medical analytics for commentary of results.
Performs other duties as required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, performance appraisal and disciplining of one direct report.
Minimum Required Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
A major in Finance or Accounting preferred
Healthcare industry experience a plus
At least eight years of related experience is required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations
- Designation such as MBA, CPA, or CMA a plus

Ability to tear apart a complex problem, understand what is going on, put it all back together and ultimately communicate succinctly with senior leadership.

Demonstrated strength working cross functionally to drive issue resolution, results driven, problem solver, self-starter
Computer Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced proficiency with MS Excel and preferably MS PowerPoint
Background in budget/forecast systems (Hyperion, TM1)
Language Skills
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
Mathematical Skills
- College-level mathematical skills required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Compensation
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Annual compensation is based on a 40 hour week.
