Intel Supply Chain Technical Program Manager in Helena, Montana

Job Description

Plans/manages technical Supply Chain programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule. Assesses risk and identifies issues. Monitors progress against schedule. Coordinates resources with other functions. Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform nonrepetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Holds a degree in a technical field of study.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • MBA + Bachelor's STEM degree in Supply Chain, CS, IE or similar STEM degree.

  • 5 + years of combined experience with one or more of the following:

  • Operation experience Demand Planning, and/or Supply Planning.

  • Business Solution Development to include: Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools.

  • Program and/or Project Management.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous Intel Supply Chain Experience either by internship or full time employment

Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
