Asset based solutions (ABS) serves a broad spectrum of clients across healthcare, financial services and energy segments with technology-enabled services. A key part of Guidehouse work with clients involves performing analytics on large sets of client and third-party data using various data production tools (e.g., SQL, ETL, BI) and providing ongoing access to analytics insights. You will be working with consultants, business owners/stakeholders, and external partners to define the strategic objectives for using technologies and translate these objectives into a vision and specific requirements. You'll also partner with other teams to design, develop and implement configurable solutions to meet multiple client’s needs in a timely manner, while leading a cross-functional team of BA, BI, ETL and QA resources.
Work with cross-functional stakeholders to establish shared goals and bring role/scope clarity in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Provide project and people management, mentorship, and career development to members of the team
Build strong relationships with global cross-functional teams of Business Analysts, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence and QA teams to deliver innovative and timely solutions
Extremely comfortable with agile and iterative development process to deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
Bachelors or master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3+ years of experience managing delivery of applications/products in a fast-paced environment with full development life cycle experience .
Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to navigate through areas of ambiguity, identify and take ownership of issues, and drive them to resolution.
US Citizen or Permanent Lawful Resident (Green Card Holder). Employment must be compliant with eligibility for Public Trust Clearance due to potential government projects.
Demonstrated experience showing strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills paired with a desire to take initiative

This position is open to candidates virtually from Montana, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona or Eastern, Pacific, Central, and Aleutian time zones.
