The Technology & Operations Services (TOS) Risk Technology Resiliency & Crisis Management Lead is responsible for executing the Technology Resiliency & Crisis Management programs in TOS Risk & Compliance Management (TOS RCM).
For Technology Resiliency, they must demonstrate expertise in technology resiliency including understanding of recovery procedures as well as technology resiliency strategies and exercises to demonstrate IT resiliency. Must be able to communicate appropriately with various types of individuals including Technical Owners and technology senior leaders. Must be able to summarize data and produce reporting digestible for executive leaders. Must serve as a liaison between TOS and Second Line of Defense Risk Management and comfortable providing Program credible challenge on behalf of TOS Technical Owners and managers.
For Crisis Management, they serve as point of contact to the Enterprise Crisis Management team and coordinate the crisis response in TOS RCM. This includes determining the operational impacts across TOS, which requires a knowledge of the Business Continuity Process Records and Plans, along with impact on applications used by TOS business lines. Ability to research impacts, act quickly and appropriately for the situation and provide executive level communications are required. This person will maintain and exercise the TOS RCM Adverse Event Playbook. They are also responsible for coordinating Emergency Notification System exercises.
Support the U.S. Bancorp Technology Resiliency and Crisis Management programs, implement the programs in TOS and ensure compliance.
Assist with TOS activities to comply with the Technology Resiliency program and ensure technology resiliency plans are documented, validated and exercised.
Coach TOS business lines on the program requirements for Technology Resiliency.
Facilitate the interaction between Second Line of Defense Risk Management and the TOS business lines.
Coordinate the TOS RCM crisis management response; provide support during crisis incidents to impacted TOS business lines.
Identify areas of opportunity to modernize and evolve the programs while providing necessary credible challenge.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
10 or more years of application experience or knowledge
Strong knowledge of Technology Resiliency and Crisis Management concepts.
Strong knowledge of technology.
Strong written and grammatical skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak and write confidentially to senior management.
High level of discipline and organization.
Strong relationship building and communication skills.
Experience implementing Second Line of Defense risk programs in the business line.

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $108,545.00 - $127,700.00 - $140,470.00
