Conduent Third-Party Liability Manager in Helena, Montana

The Third-Party Liability Manager is responsible for the management of the Third-Party Liability Department and client relationship pertaining to Third-Party Liability and Carrier Billing processes.

Responsibilities

Maintaining contracted service levels resulting in customer satisfaction.

Developing and sustaining relationships with the client, providers, and carriers.

Managing in-office and remote staffing, personnel, and all associated workflows.

Requirements

Have a minimum of one year of supervisory and/or management experience.

Demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Possess Medicaid and Third-Party Liability experience, and ideally, Commercial Insurance experience.

Display experience driving process documentation and continuous process improvements.

Have a high school diploma; college degree preferred.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The approximate compensation for this position is $52-55k per year.
