ICON Strategic Solutions Vendor Study Manager - Remote in Helena, Montana

As a Clinical Study Manager (Vendor Study Start Up) you will be working within the Imaging division and including project management and/or monitoring clinical trials.

What you will be doing:

  • Recognize potential challenge within the protocol and operational aspects of the trial and escalate to manager as appropriate.

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the protocol to be able to answer standard operational questions from monitors, sites, and local internal personnel.

  • In liaison with the global clinical team, assist in the development of local trial execution plan and timeline commitments for a country/cluster.

  • Ensure documentation of training (global/regional/local IM minutes, participants’ lists, certificates, etc.) is archived appropriately.

  • Vendor Study Start Up duties

You are:

  • BS degree or higher in imaging or related life-sciences

  • BS with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in executing imaging strategies in clinical trials.

  • Familiarity with a broad range of imaging techniques.

  • Preferred experience in CRO management or CRO environment, and an understanding of imaging CRO capabilities.

  • Strong operational skills and problem-solving attitude: focus on quality.

  • Proven interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with people individually and in groups.

  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external team members.
