What You’ll be Doing
You’ll be responsible for leading global infrastructure that enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise. You will focus on providing a highly reliable and secure infrastructure environment supporting internal and customer solutions leveraging modern and emerging technologies, scaling operations, and partnering closely with business and functional stakeholders.
Reporting to the CIO you will impact the business through strategy definition and delivering next generation infrastructure capabilities and services required to support current and future solutions enabling business growth.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Set the mission, vision, and strategy for the Infrastructure organization to maximize the success of business and enterprise IT initiatives.
Evangelize the vision and strategy for on-premise, hybrid, and public cloud infrastructure services.
Drive the adoption of automation solutions and CI/CD capabilities for the delivery teams and standard IaaS and PaaS capabilities.
Collaborate with application, security, and operations teams to define and deliver the technology roadmap and target architectures.
Provide leadership to enable effective technical troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems.
Work closely with M&A teams and respective stakeholders directing technical integrations of new company acquisitions
What You Bring to the Role
Minimum of 15 years in infrastructure engineering leadership
Broad knowledge of network design, configuration, operations, and administration
Experience administering and designing public cloud operations
Demonstrated understanding, thought leadership, and experience with DevOps, CICD, and Agile principles
Deep understanding of server, serverless, and container operating environments
Demonstrated proficiency in the ability to provide tactical response and appropriate judgment during faced-paced crisis incidents in a timely manner
Experience working with global teams consisting of internal employees and external service providers
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $200,000-$250,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
