NORTHWEST POLLINATORS JV Beekeepers in KALISPELL, Montana
Temporary full-time position from 5/16/2024 to 10/1/2024 Duties may include: Loading and unloading bees using a forklift, lifting bee colonies and transporting to pallets, removing honey boxes from hives, feeding and treating bees with medicine, inspecting bee colonies to determine strength and overall health, Some shifts will vary depending on bees life cycle and will be performed in the evening or early morning hours instead of regular work hours. Be prepared for mosquitoes, fire ants and other native species. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in varying weather conditions & other related Beekeeper; Helper activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work.
