Position Title: Brand Marketing Specialist
Organizational Relationship: Reports to VP of Marketing
Supervisory Responsibility: N/A
General Function: The Whitefish Credit Union Brand Marketing Specialist is an important position with the Credit Union and the marketing team. This role is critical in implementing strategic marketing directives; ensuring brand standards are consistent across the organization; and executing the deployment of all creative assets required for campaigns, initiatives, and projects.
The Brand Marketing Specialist acts as a lead brand advocate for the organization assisting in broad responsibilities in the marketing department to generate awareness, increase purchase consideration, and increase member retention. The position must effectively collaborate with various stakeholders within Whitefish Credit Union and third-party partners.
Assist in the development, coordination, communication, execution, and analysis of the marketing plan, including campaigns, initiatives, and projects
Create and edit marketing content in support of initiatives that promote the Whitefish Credit Union brand
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners in support of campaigns, projects, the Whitefish Credit Union website, and other marketing initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and a problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and channels
Self-managing, organized, with project management skills to deliver projects in a timely and efficient manner
Ability to manage priorities and workflow, display an aptitude to learn new technology, and handling multiple tasks with competing priorities to meet deadlines
Compliance with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relation, Business or a related field
3-5 years of professional marketing experience
1-2 years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office
