Express Employment Professionals Business Developer/Loan Officer in Kalispell, Montana
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a "Business Developer/Commercial Loan Officer” for a local Flathead Valley company! Looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and self-driven individual. This is a remote position but applicant must live in the local Kalispell area. Responsibilities: Develop and foster relationships with lenders, small businesses, and economic development professionals; market and promote the loan programs.Retrieve and assemble loan information provided by lenders and small business to support the lending process; assisting in the preparation of loan packages; and in the assembly and preparation for submission.Provide support, back-up, and be available to for such things as the marketing and promotion of loan programs to the public, originating and assembling loan applications to ensure applications are complete, retrieving required documents,creating and/or preparing correspondence, and in the development of loan applications.Meet with lenders, small business partners, and economic development professionals on potential projects and projects in progress.Provide support and be part of the servicing personnel as directed and as needed to the loan servicing activities of the organization.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field and at least three years of relevant lending experience or four to six years of commercial lending and working with small business experience. Experience in commercial lending and in working with the SBA a plus. Must be able to work independently and have a knack for building trusted relationships with a variety of people and entities. Attention to detail is important to be successful in this role for understanding and compliance with regulations.
