LC Staffing CDL Transit Driver in Kalispell, Montana

a great opportunity! Do you like being out and about? Is driving your
passion? Great! A local transit company is now hiring for 2 Transit
Drivers. Wage is $18.00 per hour! Overview: As a Transit Shuttle Driver,
you will be transporting passengers in the local Flathead Valley. This
position has set hours but due to COVID they have switched to a
"Demand/Response" style. You must safely guide your bus in all traffic
and weather conditions as well as inspecting your bus before the start
of a shift, obeying traffic laws, adhering to schedules despite
conditions and ensuring that passengers pay correct fares for tickets or
transfers. You may have a route that stops every few blocks to pick up
and drop off passengers, and you may traverse several routes on a daily
basis. Requirements: To qualify for this position, you must have a
current CDL license with passenger endorsement, valid DOT medical card,
and clean driving record. Details: Schedule is Monday through Friday,
approximately 40 hours per week majority of the time. Schedules will
vary and rotate; candidates must be available to work within
6:30am-7:00pm. Wage is $18.00 per hour. This is ideal for a semi-retired
CDL driver or student looking to make extra cash. A long-term position
is not guaranteed but this could be a foot in the door for when a
