Integrated Security Solutions Certified Project Manager in Kalispell, Montana

Integrated Security Solutions is seeking an on-site Certified Project Manager to join our team of professionals in Kalispell, Montana.The Project Manager independently performs project management responsibilities for information systems development and support efforts. The focus is on projects of extremely high risk, complexity and visibility. Project Manager includes resource allocation, all phases of a development life cycle, i.e., feasibility study, requirements, analysis, design, programming, testing, and implementation planning. Project Manager manages the ISS relationship with all levels of customer management and has frequent contact with all levels of customer management. Ensures system quality and conformance to standards.Coordinates and directs the activities of all levels of consultants on a project team which performs the traditional functions of systems analysis, design and program development in the implementation of business-information systems. Exchanges ideas, information and opinions with the President and the Technical Staff to arrive at decisions, conclusions, solutions, or solve disputes. Is a company-wide recognized expert and leader.Essential Duties· Serve as primary liaison to business customers· Provide recommendations on improved system processes· Monitor the progress of multiple projects· Adjusts resources as necessary to ensure project success and completion· Develop new processes as necessary to ensure mission critical systems are completed· Leads or participates in business process redesign teams· Prepares and delivers formal presentations to colleagues and management· Ensures compliance with architectural design and divisional system integration standards and guidelines· Consults on other large projects and is viewed as a resource assigned to the company’s most critical efforts· Communicates with sales and marketing regarding re-engagements, additional team staff, potential new opportunities, and successful projects· Through formal and informal training, continues development of personal and professional skills· Establishes and participates in industry and other professional networks to ensure awareness of social, economic and other trends that may affect the business· Identifies resources needed and assigns individuals and responsibilities· Management of day to day activities· Creates and executes job work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements· Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to clients· Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards· Performs other duties as assignedRequired Skills· Project management experience· Working knowledge of hardware/software technologies used for mainframe and PC platforms· Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Project, Excel, OutlookEducation and Experience· Required - College Degree or equivalent experience· Required - Current PMP Certification· Required - Minimum 5 years experience in a business analyst, project management or information technology role· Required - Experience is technical alternatives and basic knowledge of emerging technologies· Preferred - Advanced degree in relevant field· Preferred - Familiarity with standard software development toons (version control)Physical Requirements· Sitting - 80%· Standing/Walking - 20%· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
