Clinical Site Manager serves the mission and vision of WMMHC. The clinical site manager consults with Directors to plan deliverables and monitor team performance while resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work. Serves as a central resource for clinical staff to identify and implement efficient processes to execute program goals. Clinical Site Managers ensure constructive collaboration and effective change are maintained within their site by facilitating internal communication during individual supervision, huddles, and monthly staff meetings. Site Managers guide teams to higher quality standards by executing established policy and procedures; as well as, coordinating continuous quality improvement initiatives. Site Managers assist Line and Area directors with monitoring program budgets and work plans and perform other related duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Implements business strategies to meet organization goals and fulfill WMMHC’s mission, vision and values.
· Manage staff productivity and absence management to maximize service line scope and timelines.
· Encourage teamwork and cohesion across service lines to maximize a performance based culture where people enjoy and own their work.
· Act as a liaison between mental health center and clients; mediate issues and grievances that may arise.
· Liaise with Area and Service Line Directors to effectively organize delivery of care across all service lines.
· Work with Directors and line staff to institute new requests and manage roadblocks.
· To provide clinical supervision to assigned center staff, this includes practice audits, training and development.
· Support effective and efficient operation of crisis and group home facilities.
· Effectively utilize human, financial and environmental resources.
· Ensure that all policies and procedures remain in accordance with state and federal laws.
· Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation throughout all programs and escalates risks to Directors.
Clinical supervision of licensure candidates and Peer Support Specialists
Approve Time Cards
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related field
One year of relevant job experience
Completion of CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training required.
Must be licensed as an LCSW/LCPC in the state of Montana and dual licensure or eligibility for LAC preferred.
Eligibility for certification as a Mental Health Professional Person in the state of Montana.
Ability to pass background check and driver’s license check upon offer of employment.
Provide proof of auto liability insurance coverage per Western’s policies.
Driver’s License with good driving record if required to transport client while on work duty
