Salary is negotiable depending upon relevant experience.About The Role This role will support GBCI Architects in the planning and design of Azure solutions for enterprise customers, as well as deployment, testing and cutover of enterprise-scale Microsoft Azure cloud IaaS and PaaS solutions. You will be a technical expert on both cloud and on-premises infrastructure systems. You will apply your technical expertise in Microsoft cloud offerings to successfully, and efficiently, assist other departments in their cloud adoption. In this position, you will be doing a mix of Administration and Engineering/Implementation of technology. This can include, Azure, Windows Servers, VMware, Veeam, SAN and NetApp. When assisting with VMware you will handle a wide array of tasks that included installing, configuring, and maintaining VMware multi-site and multi-server environments, troubleshoot and resolve ESXi Cisco UCS infrastructure related issues, designing and deploying template and parent VMs. While working with the SAN/NetApp your duties will include the design, implementation, management, maintenance, capacity-planning, and monitoring of the storage environment, which physically includes storage systems and their cluster switches, and fiber-channel cabling, patch-panels, and switches. This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our eight state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, UT, WA, or WY. All compensation offers are dependent on geographical location, and are analyzed independently, and consider the following: location, years experience, educational background, and existing internal equity. Duties and Responsibilities Description % of Time Spent \* Design, implement, configure, and maintain various Azure SaaS Cloud Services such as Azure AD, AIP, ATP, ASR, CAS, EM+S, Teams, Intune, AAD Connect, Exchange Online and O365. 35% \* VMWare Administration. Execute procedures to assess systems performance, identify and troubleshoot difficult or unusual problems, and analyze results for the implementation of system upgrades. Remediate security vulnerabilities to ensures compliance with Security Center and audit policies and procedures. Collaborate with VM Systems team on escalated issues and day to day operations. 20% \* Designing and implementing SAN-related changes and upgrades, including the improvement of current designs and procedures, as well as planning for upgrades and expansions. 20% \* Veeam Administration. Using Veeam to create and maintain robust Backup and Recovery capabilities that deliver backup, recovery and replication for VMware environments, applications and data, as well as physical based resources. 10% \* Patching, updating, security-compliance, hands-on physical changes, and general maintenance of SAN, NetApp, Veeam, Windows or VMware. 10% \* Processing requests for and troubleshooting managed systems and apps via projects, incidents, problems, etc., ensuring adherence to SLAs. 5% \* Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
