Job Description
As the Assistant for Sales and Marketing at Immanuel Lutheran Communities, you will play a vital role in our efforts to promote our community, engage with current and potential residents, and ensure the success of our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to social media management, content creation, digital advertising, and administrative support.
Responsibilities include:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote our senior living community.
Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to online community interactions.
Content Creation:
Write blog posts, newsletters, and other written content to showcase our community and address relevant topics.
Create video content to share residents' stories and showcase the lifestyle at our community.
Digital Advertising:
Develop digital ad campaigns to target specific demographics and promote our services.
Monitor ad performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
Drip Campaign Creation/Management:
Design and implement email marketing drip campaigns to nurture leads and engage with potential residents.
Data Entry and Administrative Support:
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate and collaborate on marketing events and initiatives.
Assist with new resident move-ins, prospect tours and event presentations.
Technology Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with marketing technology trends and tools.
Monitor and report on the performance of our marketing efforts using relevant analytics tools.
Requirements
Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation is preferred.
Proficiency in using marketing software, including social media management tools, email marketing/CRM platforms, and digital advertising platforms.
2+ years relevant work experience in sales or marketing-related position
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus
Experience with marketing automation
Experience with email-marketing platforms, managing Google Business accounts and business intelligence tools is a plus.
Strong writing and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
