Responsibilities: On time release of engineering BOMs & mechanical drawings for support of production operations. Mechanical system design of semiconductor processing equipment fluid flow (P&D, parts, assemblies, and drawings). Ensure engineering documentation is consistent with SEMI & internal standards with periodic reviews.
