Aon Corporation Operations Specialist II in Kalispell, Montana

Aon is looking for an Operations Specialist II As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within Aon Edge. This role is based in Kalispell, MT/remote. Your impact as an Operations Specialist II Job Responsibilities: Manage defect and production support items, including triage. Replicating reported items and writing business process documents, recommend solutions. For all private products, maintain documents and forms in the policy management systems Maintain compliance information such as taxes and fees, state compliance forms, etc. Act as product administrator for all private products in the IMS system including ensuring consistency between all products for forms, documents, and processes. Coordinate and lead user testing of regular iteration releases as well as larger product and feature launches. Support underwriting and product processing as needed by the business. Provide status reporting for internal management.
