GL Solutions Sales and Marketing Manager in Kalispell, Montana
Can you help a team of writers produce truly compelling content? Are you comfortable talking with prospects about their software needs? Could you learn to orchestrate the production of RFP responses on tight deadlines? If you said "yes" to these things, you may be a good candidate to become our next sales and marketing manager. In this role, you will supervise a group of writers who seek to build an avid following of regulatory professionals through the regular production of useful and engaging content. You will help those same writers respond to RFPs. You will lead our relationship with prospects and coordinate with experts throughout the company to provide information prospects need. Expect opportunities to develop management and leadership skills, earn $7500.00 per month depending upon qualifications and results, and receive a generous leave time, retirement and health insurance package.
To succeed in this role, you must be an expert writer and coach with a proven ability to hit tight deadlines. You must be curious about the interests and needs of our customers and prospects, and you must be comfortable talking with them about their work and their struggles. You must be eager to learn new things, from assembling RFP responses to coordinating with software experts on product demonstrations. You also should be eager to innovate and willing to lend your expertise, when asked, throughout the organization.
