* Sign-On Bonus / Relocation Assistance Available *We are seeking a licensed therapist (LCPC or LCSW) who has an interest in helping others, improving lives, and making a difference in our community. A therapist who believes in integrated behavioral health and innovative and collaborative strategies.
This position works in a team based environment in partnership with all staff. Provides rapid assessment, brief intervention and care collaboration with patients who are identified to have or be at risk for depression and other behavioral health conditions. In partnership with the team provides patient centered care to improve outcomes for patients.

*Assesses patients and identifies dynamics, diagnostic elements and provides therapy as indicated.
*Demonstrates an understanding of and provides group, individual and family therapy. Successfully relates therapies to treatment plan and presents information to parents, family members and patients.
*Performs and completes initial assessments. Reviews and completes all medical records documentation.
*Exhibits an understanding of the importance of treatment planning. Incorporates treatment plan into charting and treatment/case coordination. Suggests approaches/interventions regarding patients to team and coworkers.
*Performs accurate and timely documentation. Submits fee slips in a timely manner and meets productivity standards.
*Demonstrates a commitment to professionalism while undertaking all tasks and in all interactions with patients, clients, physicians, facility staff and the community at large
*Consistently provides effective communication in all areas of psychiatry and to medical providers.
*Communicates effectively with referral sources regarding patient progress and aftercare planning.
*Consistently provides and maintains effective communication in all areas of clinic
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work, or related counseling field required.
Current Montana LCSW or LCPC, licensure required.
Must possess professional communication skills, and work effectively with a diverse customer and coworker population.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in mental health treatment programs.
Must have thorough knowledge of fundamentals of psychotherapy.
Must have a working knowledge as to the following professional services: Psychiatry, Psychology, Social Work and education.
Must have knowledge and experience with evidenced based practice
