CHAD DEES General Farmworker in KREMLIN, Montana
Temporary full time from 3/1/2021 to 10/31/2021Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties related to the production of pulses, grass hay and small grains. General Farm work will include the following responsibilities: remove rocks from fields, repair and replace fencing, perform general clean up of farm areas, drive unload/load trucks, operate motor bike or all terrain vehicle in the course of performing duties, manage spillways. Make minor repairs to metal, concrete and wooden frameworks. The worker must be able to operate large equipment including tractors, sprayers, combines, payloaders, swathers, balers, etc. Must be able to perform maintenance on said equipment such as oil changes and greasing. Also must be able to look at fields and determine care that is necessary, such weeds needing to be sprayed or fertilized. Most duties performed outdoors and entail exposure to heat, cold, dust, rain and other environmental conditions common in fields including mosquitoes during certain seasons. Worker must maintain farm yard, mowing, and tree row maintenance. 30 days experience required. Worker must crouch, bend, lift and carry items up to 100 pounds in the course of performing required activities.
