We are seeking 2 full time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA's) for the evening shift. New CNA's welcome! PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESAs a CNA you will report to the RN or LPN on duty. In this role you will provide care to the patient in accordance with the patient's care plan. As a CNA you will report changes in resident condition to charge nurse, such as unusual signs or symptoms, accidents or injuries, etc. and provide nursing function as directed by supervisor. The CNA will record care and tasks completed for patient in medical record.QUALIFICATIONS:- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred.- Compassionate- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written-Team player attitude- Must meet all local health regulations, and pass post-employment physical exam if required. This requirement also includes drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry
