KRINGEN CONSTRUCTION Construction Project Manager in LEWISTOWN, Montana

Job brief: Position is available in Sidney, MTWe are looking for a professional, self-motivated individual who possesses good communication skills, someone who can plan organize and control resources, someone who is knowledgeable in computer and software applications and has problem solving skills. We need someone with in-depth understanding of construction procedures and practices. We need a team player with leadership abilities, good work ethics and has excellent organizational and time management skills.Job responsibilities:Coordinate ALL aspects of a project from start to finish.Collaborate with Engineers, Architects and Owners to determine the specifications of projects.Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to provide the owner with the best product.Determine the needed resources from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.Acquire all the material and equipment to fulfill the project needs and monitor up and coming requirements.Plan all construction operations, schedule accordingly to ensure timely completion of all phases and deadlines.See that all health and safety standards are adhered to on job sitesJob requirementsEstimate job cost for each project Use appropriate written communication Provide oral presentations to potential clientsCreate project safety plans specific to each jobPlan, schedule and run weekly progress meetings Proficiency in MS Office and MS ProjectHave the ability to read and understand plans Utilize Construction Management skills as a member of a teamHave basic surveying knowledge for layout and control of projectsUnderstand construction risk managementUnderstand construction accounting and cost controlUnderstand quality assurance and controlKnow the legal aspect of contracts, common and regulatory laws that govern construction projectsUnderstand the principles of mechanical, electrical, piping and structural systems in regards to constructionAnalyze professional decisions based on ethical principles
