The duties of a Deputy Sheriff are, but not be limited to, the responsibility of protection of lives, property, maintaining law and order, enforcing laws, conducting the investigation of crimes, arresting violators, the service of legal processes, testifying in court proceedings, accurate detailed record keeping and all associated/related job duties.
