LINCOLN COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY Director of Operations in LIBBY, Montana

- Facilities manager for the Lincoln County Port Authority (LCPA) including direction and oversight for existing commercial tenants and future occupants. - Sampling and compliance reports for the Montana Department of Environmental Quality Discharge Monitoring Program. Obtain certification by the Montana DEQ for Certified Wastewater Operator. - Prepare Monthly tenant invoices and process incoming invoices for accounting.- Assess and upgrade existing and prospective tenants and LCPA infrastructure needs. - Preliminary assessment, planning, and oversight for proposed job creation and other projects within the Port Authority Property. - Maintain the Port property and operations through periodic maintenance and evaluation of operational conditions. - Work with the Executive Director to use all available funding agencies to obtain assets to facilitate project goals (jobs) and completion. - Update lease agreements and provide new data to the Montana Dept. of Revenue for TIFF district. - Direct liaison with the public for Port property needs and usage - Maintain open dialog and update LCPA Board and other agencies as needed. Other information you should know: - This position reports to the Lincoln County Port Authority Board - This is a full-time, salaried position with Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, - Eligible for the benefits of health insurance, vacation, and holidays and SIMPLE IRA plan with 3% contribution by employer. - The position is in Libby, MT- Position open until filled with earliest start date immediate or to be negotiated.
