Environmental Resources Management, Inc. Waste Coordinators (Field Based) in Livingston, Montana

ERM is hiring 3 Waste Coordinators for sites in Watford City, Killdeer, and Bismarck North Dakota support our client with waste coordination and management that leave the facility and associated properties. This is a Full-Time (60 hours a week) limited-term, role with a duration of 12 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and manage waste movements including non-hazardous (solids and liquids), hazardous (solids and liquids), recyclables, universal waste, RCRA listed, waste oil and medical waste.
Determine waste streams including: volume, classification of waste and be the waste stream SME.
Conduct waste sampling wearing proper PPE
Review laboratory waste sample analysis
Create waste profiles working with the disposal facility to gain approvals
Schedule offsite shipments
Help determine disposal options (disposal, recycling, reuse).
Assist with operation and maintenance inspections of satellite accumulation areas
DOT/Hazard communication awareness
Additional recordkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of waste management experience
DOT hazardous materials training required
Bachelors degree preferred
HAZWOPER Certification strongly preferred
Effective observational and organization skills; experience recording detailed technical data a plus.
Effective communication skills with ERM and client staff; comfortable working in an industrial facility and setting.
Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record.
