Network Analyst

Key Role:

Lead all functions of the Video Teleconference (VTC) process and work with various teams, including help desk technicians. Establish the process for maintaining the database for all VTC user sites, train stakeholders, as needed, and provide maintenance support to analyze and identify vulnerabilities regarding the secure VTC system and peripheral encryption devices. Implement and conduct quality assurance tests to identify project failures and determine solutions to fix system failures. Create network and system documentation to ensure it meets testing standards as outlined by DoD regulations and standards. Lead the install, test, repair, and maintenance workstreams for network equipment, conduct preventative maintenance on an as-needed basis, serve as the integrated scheduler for all secure VTCs, and create project management reports upon request by the program manager.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with SAR and SAP projects

-Knowledge of IP video teleconferencing, COMSEC, Log Rhythm servers, Domain Controller, and DNS servers, configuring and maintaining GEM X Encryptor Manager server, Level Ill, and troubleshooting components

-Ability to configure and maintain Windows 2012R2 OS servers and system engineer secure VTC systems to ensure compliance

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with installing large-scale VTC infrastructure network and end user VTC systems

-Knowledge of H.323 and SIP standards, various types and brands of encryption devices, and LogRythym software

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree in Information Systems

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
