Job you will do We are looking for candidates with an interest in Accounting to join our firm for this opportunity (20-40 hrs/week) from January to April 2022 in our Billings, MT office. Typical Day in the Life A typical day as an Administrative Intern might include the following: Provide administrative support to partners, managers and staff with integrity and professionalism. Work with spreadsheets, track data in a database, time record keeping and client maintenance. Research information for partners, managers and staff using the internet and other resources. Utilize the Firm's tax software to assemble a tax return. Format, copy and bind reports for partner(s) to review and sign. Perform miscellaneous scanning, filing, faxing and copying duties as ne eded . Work on specially assigned projects. Who You Are You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. You are a multi-tasking master, and there has never been a deadline you could not meet. You have keen attention to detail, while understanding the big picture. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You love collaborating and being part of a team but also enjoy working alone with limited supervision.
