MILES CITY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT District IT Technician in MILES CITY, Montana
Miles City Unified School District is looking to hire a District IT Technician. Duties is designed for customer service, the tech will perform first and second-level assistance to users with technology related problems, multimedia support and network troubleshooting. Minimum qualifications for this position are: High school diploma or equivalent, previous experience and/or degree/training in a related field is preferred. Applicant will also need a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, ect. They will need basic knowledge of general technology such as printers, computers, Ipads, and TVs. Excellent problem solving and communication skills are a must. They will also be responsible for documenting issues and resolutions clearly for both technical and non-technical staff.
