Park Side Credit Union Contact Center Representative (Video Teller) in Missoula, Montana

A Contact Center Representative primary duties is to enhance the Member
experience through positive, efficient, accurate and professional
Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) interactions. A Contact Center
Representative (Video Teller) will assist members and potential members
with their requests, explain services and respond to problems in a
fast-paced environment. Assists members and potential members with their
telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs
phone calls to the appropriate area. Interacts with callers and drive up
members to uncover needs and cross sells credit union products that
satisfy those needs. Makes outbound calls for follow up and new product
offerings. Must be willing to cross train in the Member Contact Center.
This position is located in Missoula and has the potential to move to a
hybrid working arrangement after 6 months of employment. Park Side
