Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking Customer Service Representatives for our Customer Service Center to work in a fast-paced environment located in our Missoula, MT office. In this important role you will mainly focus on answering and responding to 20-40 inbound phone calls a day with the potential to handle some outbound calls. If you enjoy multitasking, this position is for you! You will help to serve as part of our front line of communication, navigating resources and solving inbound inquiries. Your cultivated knowledge will make you an informational support specialist. From handling customer calls regarding our services to researching company website questions – you will be a key part of the team with everything you do.
Our Customer Service Representatives also enjoy the coaching aspect of handling inbound calls. CSRs enjoy training other Consumer Direct employees and members on how to fill out time sheets, use the web portal, or to obtain missing information on member packets. Future team members will enjoy providing outstanding and personalized customer service experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work as a team player in groups consisting of 5-10 teammates
Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and through other forms of communication
Research required information using available resources while adhering to written procedure, guidelines and resource tools
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resources
Approach tasks with a results-oriented mindset to meet performance standards and achieve monthly goals set by the supervisor
Operate multiple computer software applications in order to search for resources tailored to meet customers’ needs
Employ strong active listening skills while typing and conversing with customers
Communicate with a positive, professional, empathetic and customer-focused demeanor
6 months-1 year direct customer service experience
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
