Consumer Direct Care Network FEA Coordinator I in Missoula, Montana

POSITION OVERVIEW
FEA coordinators are responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding, offboarding, and day to day management of FEA employers. When a client under the FEA model is approved for services and meets with their program/service coordinator or support broker, the FEA coordinator takes their completed packet and sets up FEIN’s, creates and links unemployment and withholding accounts, and files powers of attorneys for our assigned FEA employers. If they cancel their services with us, the FEA coordinator is responsible for revoking all of the accounts and powers of attorney.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Effective written and verbal communication
Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
Demonstrate dependability independently
Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision-making skills
Exhibit computer efficiency
Assist with special projects
Maintain necessary skills and knowledge to coordinate work flow
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
Participate in professional development and training activities
Prioritize and multitask effectively
Assist and support new Employees
Apply for FEIN’s for assigned FEA employers
Open unemployment and withholding accounts for assigned FEA employers
File powers of attorney for assigned FEA employers
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION
High School Diploma preferred
Previous office experience preferred
Combination of education and experience
Be able to successfully pass a background screening
