FEA coordinators are responsible for ensuring the smooth onboarding, offboarding, and day to day management of FEA employers. When a client under the FEA model is approved for services and meets with their program/service coordinator or support broker, the FEA coordinator takes their completed packet and sets up FEIN’s, creates and links unemployment and withholding accounts, and files powers of attorneys for our assigned FEA employers.
