Western Montana Lighting Office and Sales Assistant in Missoula, Montana

Looking for a part-time (min of 30 hours) or full-time employee to assist owner in daily activities. Please see details below.

Roles & Responsibilities:
 Assist with answering phones and take messages for team members
 Daily estimate and invoice data entry
 Assist in back office projects
 Managing status of open purchase orders
 Manage daily e-commerce requests
 Assist with business marketing strategy
 Take notes at job sites
 Check and communicate status of orders
 Scheduling contractor meet and greets
 Minimal Sales
 Assist in cleaning of showroom, office and warehouse
 Stock water bottles
 General errand requests

Required Skills:
 Software: Excel, Word, Outlook
 Multitasking
 Maintaining confidential information
 Ability to maintain schedule of processes
 Great attention to detail
 Strong communication and team-working skills
 Organization and leadership skills
