-Duration: 5 months (possibly longer)
-Pay: $28.00-$30.00/hr- Colorado journeymen and master licensed plumbers. Must have 12+ years of experience.
$26.50-$28.00/hr- Licensed in any state outside of Colorado. Must have 12+ years of experience.
$25.00/hr- Unlicensed plumbers. Must have 12+ years of experience.
$20.00-$28.00/hr- Commercial pipe fitter with 6+ years of experience (Must have commercial hydronic experience)
-Hours: 40/wk (some employees are working 48 hrs/wk with an extra day of per diem depending on the jobsite)
-Per Diem: $100/day worked
-Mileage Reimbursement: $0.56/mile up to $400.00 (714 miles) paid out after 8 weeks.
-Requirements: Must be able to pass a 5 panel drug test and a school background check.
-Orientation: A 6 hour paid orientation is held every Monday at the client’s office in Denver. Per diem is included in the orientation.
-Reciprocating States: Journeymen Plumber License: AR, MN, MT, OK, NE, NH, NM, ND, SD, UT
Master Plumber License: WY, SD, MT
As a Pipefitter you will be responsible for laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping and piping systems, fixtures, and equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial processing systems.
Selecting type and size of pipe and related materials according to job specifications, knowledge of system operation, and study of building plans / working drawings
Planning sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and cutting pipe
Threading and ending pipe by hand or with pipe bending machine
Assembling and joining piping by means of threaded, chalked, wiped, soldered, brazed fused, or cemented joints
Securing pipes to structure with clamps, brackets, and hangers, using hand tools
Testing piping systems for leaks by increasing pressure in pipes and observing gauges

4 years of experience as Pipefitter / Pipe Welder
Solid knowledge and understanding of system operation, building plans and working drawings
Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation
General knowledge of plumbing and pipe system layout, according to specifications
High standard of integrity and professionalism
