Optimum Health and Wellness, PLLC Receptionist in Missoula, Montana

Our rapidly growing chiropractic clinic is seeking a part-time receptionist. The right applicant must be professional, pleasant, and compassionate. This person must be detail-oriented, thorough, accurate, and be able to quickly move between tasks.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate personnel, gather accurate information, and take thorough messages
- Answer multi-line phone
- Enter new patient demographic and insurance information, verify existing patient information
- Check in/out patients, confirm all required paperwork is complete and accurate, and assist patients with kiosk check-in system
- Scan documents into appropriate file location(s)
- Schedule and/or reschedule appointments
- Maintain multiple calendars
- Collect patient’s co-pay, co-insurance, outstanding balances, and ensure all payments are posted correctly
- Basic office cleaning
- Keep front desk and waiting area neat and clean
- Assist clinic administrator and provider(s) when needed

Essential Skills and Abilities
- Excellent computer skills with experience in electronic medical records
- Excellent attendance and punctuality with a positive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with coworkers, patients, and the medical community
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Able to problem solve independently as well as with a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with constantly changing priorities
- Knowledge of or background in medical office reception (preferred)
- Knowledge of HIPAA (preferred)

Schedule: Must be available Monday-Friday between 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Hours: 12-20 Hours/Week
