Cennox is a nationwide corporation looking for a Full Time Service Parts Coordinator in the Missoula, MT area.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for pulling orders and shipping to our nationwide network of Field Technicians as well as various customers. As Parts Coordinator, you will need to be computer literate and should be familiar with shipping via FedEx and other freight companies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help complete POS reports for technicians' orders

  • Maintain records of orders and deliveries

  • Make sure items are properly marked for proper shipping, i.e. Fragile

  • Provide routing information and issue shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location

  • Coordinate with both all Parts teams

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrate organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • High-level of attention to detail

  • Data entry skills

  • Must be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite

  • Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work within a team

  • Background check must meet customer requirements

Experience:

  • Must have previous experience shipping via FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.

  • Experience in inventory management

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and stay focused for moderate lengths of time

  • Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 10+ pounds

  • Finger dexterity for keyboarding
