About the Role

As part of the Country Professional Services team, you will collaborate with Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal teams to ensure customers meet their objectives. You will provide support and basic technical expertise across various stages of Siemens Digital Industries Software (SISW) projects, including implementation, migration, testing, training, deployment, and post-production support. Your goal is to help deliver Siemens solutions successfully, ensuring they provide value to the customer.

You will lead consulting services related to Siemens MES solutions, managing project tasks and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes working on projects of basic scope, where you will operate under general supervision for routine tasks and direct supervision for new assignments. You will participate in Country Communities of Practice to stay aligned with best practices and project delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead th e delivery of Siemens MES consulting services and projects for the Pharmaceutical segment, ensuring successful implementation and high customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and meet customer expectations.

  • Execute project tasks such as installation, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing support for Siemens solutions.

  • Assist in managing customer expectations and aligning solution delivery with project timelines.

  • Optimize system performance, conduct migration and integration efforts, and troubleshoot project-related issues.

  • Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing through Country Communities of Practice, improving overall project execution.

  • Ensure compliance with project processes and consistency in communication with customers.

  • Continuously improve project delivery by applying lessons learned from previous engagements.

*Qualifications*

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical Experience: hands-on experience with MES software or similar solutions, including implementation, configuration, and support.

  • Experience in Manufacturing processes in segments such: Pharma, Food and Beverages, Cosmetics or similar;

  • Work Experience: Proven experience in consulting or technical project delivery.

  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, depending on project needs.

  • Remote work possible as long as the candidate is located in Sao Paulo Capital and nearby cities - availability to go to the office in Sao Caetano whenever needed;

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Advanced English, both written and spoken.

  • Fluent Portuguese

* Nice to have Skills*

- Experience with C# .NET.

  • Knowledge of Oracle/PostgreSQL, including installation and script development/maintenance (triggers, procedures, functions).

  • Familiarity with SAP WM, PP concepts, and OPC communication.

  • Proficiency in Spanish .
