Infusion Sales Specialist, Rheumatology in Montana

Cardinal Health Specialty Solutions is looking for a sales executive with previous experience working with infusion centers, specifically within the rheumatology and gastroenterology spaces. The ideal candidate will be located in the Western United States.

This is an exciting job which entails achieving sales objectives, expansion of business at existing accounts, providing input regarding account priorities, competitive intelligence, presenting to manufacturers, working with Cornerstone GPO and leveraging relationships in achievement of territory/business objectives.

This a job that requires travel across a territory that includes 15-17 states. This includes least 70-80% of the year.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting set quota within the territory by strengthening current relationships, driving organic growth and winning new accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships and advocates within accounts through product and disease state knowledge.
  • Focused on driving depth and increasing product utilization in key strategic accounts.
  • Assist in formulating sales revenue projections, by account, for the territory.
  • Based on territory goals, develop call plans for the week/quarter ahead, and work with Director of Sales to review and agree to final plan.
  • Involved in planning marketing projects and participating in tradeshows.
  • Responsible for delivering sales presentations that focus on Metro Medical and Cornerstone GPO capabilities and benefits.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with customers
  • Provide regular updates on competitive, clinical, and customer situations.
  • Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company
  • Complete administrative requirements in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Comply with all company and HR policies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 4+ years related experience in thepharmaceuticalfield, preferred
  • Sales experience related to rheumatology and/or gastroenterology highly preferred
  • Experience selling in to infusion centers highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to adapt to changing work priorities.
  • Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel across the Western United States at least 70% of the time
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Proven product knowledge in business area

  • Maintaining detailed customer pipeline with specific objectives and goals
  • May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues
