General Summary: Provides general office support for a variety of administrative activities and tasks related to the mission, vision andgoals of the SKC Business Division Minimum Qualifications: BA in Business. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a professional office environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with business division personnel and outside contacts in a professional manner, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Ability to exercise flexibility, tact and good judgment while prioritizing multiple responsibilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Google Drive, current office organizational application, and the ability to quickly pick up and understand new software as needed. Have knowledge of Salish and Kootenai Tribes and the Mission and Goals of Salish Kootenai College.
