MISSION MOUNTAIN EMPOWERMENT Group Home Lead in POLSON, Montana
QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a current MT driver's license and be an insurable driver. Able to respect the dignity, rights, and confidentiality of both the consumers and staff. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must be dependable and reliable.
DUTIES: Oversight of facility and staff. Ensure all consumer health and hygiene is maintained on a regular basis. Ensure that all consumers are involved with training or production in the Work Activity Centers. Record data on individual programs, document consumer's injuries and behavior. Assist consumers in toileting and transfers. Understand and maintain awareness of consumer's rights and ensure those rights in the facility and community. Adhere to all safety policies in all facilities and vehicles.
HOURS: Monday through Friday, typically 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.
WAGE: $21.00 per hour to start. Pay increases available, contingent upon certifications. Training provided by employer.
