Providence is calling a Program Manager Special Projects

(Physician Pract , Day Shift, 0.5 FTE/20 hours per week) to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.

In this position you will:

  • provides supports the implementation of suboxone clinic and other grant funded activities within the Polson / Ronan area under the direction of the Senior Director.

  • Be responsible for organizing the work effort to enable long-term success by providing project management expertise and as appropriate, overseeing or directly managing project activities.

  • Be responsible for leading efforts to develop clear project objectives, resource needs, and risks while providing leadership to remove barriers to keep projects on track.

  • Emphasize long-term versus short-term solutions to problems that arise, using a structured problem solving approach to correct root cause of a problem.

  • Support leadership team to design, plan, organize, implement and report on assigned strategic and business projects.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in health related field

  • 1 year of experience in delivery of clinical services, education, communication or information technology

  • 1 year of experience in healthcare and telehealth industry experience preferred, with a proven track record of working with leaders, physicians, and front line staff – facilitating and developing innovative approaches and methods, and building strategic partnerships

  • 1 year of experience in bringing stakeholders together from across geographic and cross-functional boundaries to collaborate around business development to support Programs

  • 1 year of experience in delivery of clinical services, education, communication or information technology

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Master's Degree in health related field

  • 3 years of experience in clinical care

  • 2 years of experience in program management
