POPLAR HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION Laboratory Technologist in POPLAR, Montana
NEMHS - Poplar Community Hospital is currently looking for an experienced Medical Technologist (MT/MedTech, ASCP, or Equivalent) for a 1-night shift position and 1-day shift position working 7 days on and 7 days off. The Medical Technologist will perform, evaluate and report routine and STAT laboratory tests on blood, urine, and other body fluids. Tests are performed using various automated and manual methods. Must be able to work in the following laboratory departments: Hematology, Chemistry, Serology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank and perform all required test procedures in each department. The Medical Technologist is responsible for instrument maintenance and troubleshooting, quality control evaluation, and problem-solving, and is able to work alone.
