Job Summary This job reports to the modernization Coordinator with the responsibility for conducts inspections of housing units and preparing reports. The job holder conducts inspections, itemized deficiencies, and maintains logs. The job requires basic knowledge of building codes and construction trades, and the ability to understand blueprints and prepare written reports. Job holder works under close supervision.
Fort Peck housing Authority is advertising for a Modernization Inspector. Requires High School Diploma /GED, applicant will have 90 days to complete State Certification test.
