Exercises general responsibility for the development and implementation of diocesan policies and school policies. Directs and coordinates educational, administrative, and counseling activities of elementary school. Directly supervises 20 to 35 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Master's degree (M. A.) in education or equivalent; and three to five years related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. State of Montana Class III Administrative Certificate. Valid Montana drivers license.
