ST LUKE COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE Accounts Payable Specialist in RONAN, Montana
St. Luke Community Healthcare is seeking a high performing, part-time Accounts Payable Specialist. The position is considered a crucial link between the facility, employees and outside vendors. The scheduled hours are 8:00 AM ? 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will have two years of bookkeeping experience, prior accounting or accounts payable experience, possess intermediate to advanced computer knowledge, particularly in spreadsheet programs, and be able to effectively prioritize with an emphasis on organization, accuracy and attention to detail. Primary duties include reviewing and coding direct invoices and processing for payment, entering and processing invoice batches through Meditech, identifying discrepancies and taking appropriate action, preparing and distributing all checks, responding to employee and vendor inquiries, preparing and mailing 1099 tax forms and maintaining accounts payable records.
