ROCKY MOUNTAIN TWIST Mechatronics Engineer in RONAN, Montana
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, innovative individual to join our Engineering Department as a Mechatronics Engineer. Our goal is to automate new equipment and manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality, decrease labor demands, and reduce costs. We are a vertically integrated in-house manufacturer offering experience in multiple manufacturing disciplines including grinding, machining, molding, assembly, packaging, testing, material selections and coatings. This is a fulltime benefit eligible position.
Mechatronics Engineer Job Summary: Support the manufacture of new product designs with product specific automation designs. Validate through prototyping and detailed drawings. Improve existing manufacturing, assembly, and packaging operations through implementation of automation or fixturing. Trouble shoot and improve existing automation.
Mechatronics Education & Experience: ABET accredited bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university (Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering Technology), or an Associate's Degree (A.S.) and 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
