S&K Logistics Services Pricing Analyst in Saint Ignatius, Montana

S&K Technologies, Inc (SKT), owned by the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, is actively seeking a Pricing Analyst join our team. The Pricing Analyst will serve as the Pricing lead for assigned Government proposals. The Pricing Analyst will conduct RFP analysis, Cost Volume formulation, proposal preparation, cost/price analysis, PTW analysis, and competitive analysis. The Pricing Analyst will compile all pricing templates to ensure compliance with RFP requirements and ensure provided pricing adheres to FAR and DFARS requirements. The Pricing Analyst performs RFP analysis, supports the development of pricing strategy/PTW, develops pricing volumes, supports negotiations, supports contract modifications, and other duties as assigned. Position will report to the Pricing Director.

This is a remote position and can work from almost any state, CO, CA and MD excluded.

Job Requirements:


  • Five to ten (5-10) years relevant experience price analysis, cost analysis, and price-to-win experience

  • Understanding of the Federal Government Procurement process and the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

  • Must have strong financial and accounting/government pricing background

  • Position requires proficient understanding of government accounting/pricing regulations and principles with the capacity to research and understand new concepts, regulations, and principals

  • Requires Advanced MS Excel Skills

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as Federal regulations and policies pertaining to procurement and acquisition, 8(a) small business rules, advanced business math skills, purchasing, and quality processes and procedures.

  • Ability to write effectively, develop presentations, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

  • Outstanding communicator with written, spoken, and graphical and pictorial presentations.

  • Consummate professional with exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • A stable yet progressive track record of exceptional performance and achievement.

  • Superior strategic thinker, writer, and conceptual organizer, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of tactics, action, and attention to detail to an exceptional level.

  • A strategist who understands the proposal process including competitive intelligence, industry trends, price to win, and other sophisticated aspects of competing on cost/price proposals at the highest levels.

  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people who possess a variety of skills and experience.

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent required (or another quantitative field) required, Master’s degree preferred

    Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: Current driver's license
