YOUR CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Project Manager - S&K Mission Management
Indian Hiring Preference will be used for this position. This means preference is offered to Indian/Tribal members or decedents. The position is located and will work from the St. Ignatius Corporate Office or the Polson Executive Office location. As part of a newly formed LLC working in Montana to serve the needs of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, you will be responsible for assigned projects that span a variety of activities related to construction, land improvement, site or building upgrades, outdoor projects, and much more. In this role, you will track and monitor day-to-day activity, cost, and outcome measures to ensure the success of each assigned project. You must be able to identify and propose solutions; gather, analyze, and compose project results; understand and ensure the project teams are following regulatory and safety regulations, and work cohesively across a small internal team to create great outcomes. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively before groups of our customer or employees of the organization, must have excellent telephone skills, verbal skills, written skills, and organizational skills.

An associate degree in finance, business, or project management or a combination of education and four years of relevant work experience in place of the degree.
At least two (2) years' experience working with or overseeing project management duties is preferred.
A valid and unencumbered Driver's license and means of transportation is needed to visit field project sites and audit field activities.
