MOUNTAIN WEST FARM BUREAU Administration Assistant in SIDNEY, Montana

Full Time Administration AssistantMust have a minimum of a high school diploma, experience working with computers, spreadsheets and basic accounting skills. Must have excellent customer service skills and organizational skills. Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment. Must have a valid drivers license, pass a background check and will need to pass the insurance exam within 1 year of beginning employment (provided by the employer). Duties include but not limited to: Answering the phone, documenting conversation, processing change forms, uploading information into Company?s online files and various other administrative tasks. Software programs used are Microsoft Word and Excel and company administered software. Must be willing to learn additional training as needed. Wages are dependent upon experience and are negotiable.
