SIDNEY HEALTH CENTER Foundation Fundraising Assistant in SIDNEY, Montana
Full time fundraising assistant position. Will act as primary donor contact. Responsible for administering, analyzing, and managing donations and donor records and relationships. Will perform tasks associated with data coordination and research, and preparation of bulk mailings and volunteer coordination, as well as performing administrative support tasks for the Senior Executive and the Board of Directors. Examples of such tasks may include a broad range of complex responsibilities involving confidential or technical information such as complying reports, furnishing information, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas, responding to routine correspondence, researching background material and responding to visitors and telephone calls. Will also be responsible for general office management, development, implementation and evaluation of office procedures and basic accounting functions. Will help to ensure a well-rounded annual giving program to raise funds, strengthen and broaden the donor base, and strengthen community relations. A strong understanding of the culture of Richland County is important, fundraising and non-profit operations knowledge are a plus.
